Seven Angels Theatre, the only equity professional theatre operating in the Greater Waterbury Area, would like to present the opportunity to participate in our technical internship program. The production staff of Seven Angels welcomes the opportunity to provide training in the backstage aspects of the theatrical production. Over the course of the internship, students will learn many skills working with a wide variety of the professionals. Some of the skills interns will learn include:

• Scenery Construction

• Scenic Painting

• Hanging and Focusing a Light Plot

• Costume and Wardrobe Disciplines

• Run Crew Etiquette

• Reading Groundplans and Elevations

• Running a Light Board or Sound Equipment

• Operating a Follow Spot

• Basics of Design

• Theatre Safety

Seven Angels Theatre Intern Program is designed to give high school students an exciting and unique experience in learning and working with professional theatre actors, directors, designers, managers, etc. While interns are gaining experience and knowledge, Seven Angels feels fortunate to have their hard work, eagerness, and dedication in helping produce superb productions.
